We’re hiring a full-time Business Development Representative to close warm, qualified inbound leads.
You’ll receive 5–10 booked calls per day. No cold calling.
You: 25–40 years old, experienced in B2B sales, confident with complex offers and capable of running simple software (SaaS) demos.
Offer: highly competitive commission-based compensation. Average: €8,000–10,000/month. Top performer → €12K+.
Initial trial period with a clear path to long-term hiring.
Full-time role, remote or in-person (Milan preferred).
