We’re hiring a full‑time Growth Hacker to experiment, measure and optimise — cutting paid dependence and building a scalable organic engine.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and own acquisition, activation and retention end‑to‑end.
Package 50–55 K € OTE (Expected On‑Target Earnings = base salary + variable bonus).
Probation period 3–6 months (contract or internship, depending on seniority) with a formal review at the end.

You’ll lead multichannel lead generation with priority on organic (SEO, automation, content, referral, educational funnels). You’ll also run paid campaigns, aiming to fold them into a sustainable mix.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Product and report to the CEO.
